Commission disclosure

Jalan Financial Services (ARN-48143) is an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor. We are remunerated by asset management companies (AMCs) through commission - typically trail commission calculated on the value of investments made through us - on the mutual fund schemes we distribute. We do not charge investors any fee for our distribution services, and we do not receive or charge any advisory fee.

Commission rates vary by fund house, scheme category and scheme. In accordance with SEBI and AMFI requirements, we disclose to investors, before transacting, the commission receivable by us for the scheme being considered, including in comparison with competing schemes of a similar category distributed by us. A schedule of commission rates across the fund houses and scheme categories we distribute is available on request at our office or by writing to mailbackjfs@gmail.com.

We may also receive distribution or referral fees from insurers, portfolio managers and issuers for insurance, PMS/AIF and fixed-income products distributed or referred by us, as permitted under the applicable regulations.
